Each of our duplexes are situated in Milwaukee and Wauwatosa neighborhoods made up of one-of-a-kind culture. We like it local here, and you'll find locally-owned restaurants, shops, and businesses throughout. Each neighborhood has its own feel but is family-oriented and rich in culture.

East Tosa

East Tosa is a vibrant urban community offering niche shopping and dining experiences interconnecting with vibrant, established neighborhoods.

Located on the east side of Wauwatosa, East Tosa offers a classic Main Street feel with tree-lined residential neighborhoods adjoined to a vibrant sixteen-block trade district offering a wide array of goods and services.

Washington Heights

Washington Heights, a neighborhood that advertises itself as, “In the City — Out of the Ordinary!” lies along Milwaukee’s western border. While the neighborhood is now only minutes from downtown and close to urban amenities, this area was once considered remote. It is a historical neighborhood with a strong and active community. It's a variety of different people - living with mutual respect.

Enderis Park

Enderis Park is a true oasis for city dwellers. This Milwaukee neighborhood is friendly and alive with residents walking dogs, jogging, pushing baby strollers, and biking.

Some residents recall the days when their parents farmed this land, while others have recently moved here, everyone appreciates its rich sense of the past combined with the vibrancy of the present.
