In 2008 two best friends were living as roommates renting a tiny space that was over-priced and underutilized. As they discussed the modifications that could be made, they realized their combined talents were perfect for a market ripe for change. Rent Renovated was born! Since then, both have gotten married to women whose talents bring more; Rent Renovated is an all-hands-on-deck team.

Chad Dercks has a strong background in finance and business development and loves to take on new projects. His wife, Katie, loves to work on aesthetics and as a full-time educator, is passionate about people.

Cory Cudnoski has worked in the heating and air conditioning industry for over 20 years. He is one of the handiest jacks-of-all-trades. His wife, Melissa who’s worked years at Baird, has great financial aptitude and incredible attention to detail.

Together we’ve made it our business to find charming and historical duplexes to renovate to fit a modern lifestyle. We would be proud to call any of our own homes. And, indeed, have!​
